Product Return Policy
All of CLEANsimplicity products are carefully chosen for quality and
produced with extreme care and standards. If there is a problem with
your order, please observe our return policies below.
Once the "Made to Order" product has been processed returns are not accepted for any reason.
If you are unsure of a product please order a sample before purchasing a full size product!
Due
to the nature of natural ingredients, please do not be alarmed that
there can be slight variations in color, viscosity and scent from batch
to batch. That is what makes a custom product pure and valuable to your
needs. Keep in mind though that, "These are not grounds for return."
"No Return Product Policy" UNLESS shipping error on our part,
defect, or damage during shipping -- only once a claim has been issued
by the freight carrier, not for accidentally ordering the wrong
product.
In the case of one of these errors product will be REPLACED or CREDITED to your online account only, not refunded.
If CLEANsimplicity makes a mistake, we will immediately reproduce
your product and ship it to you via the originally requested method of
transport. All refused custom product shipments will incur a 75%
restocking fee plus all shipping charges.
Note: If you paid
by credit card and an order is canceled for any reason, then there will
be an additional 4% fee for the loss that we incur from the credit card
merchants for accepting your card for payment. Cancellations, if
allowed, can only be done if we have not started making your product.
Once production has begun, we cannot cancel, credit or refund.
To Return your order in the event of damage or defect, please follow these steps:
1. Call us with your situation to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please call 877-866-3104.
No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
2. Place a copy of the original invoice and a note with the reason of the return inside the shipping box.
3. Ship the box to: 13860 Wellington Trace PO Box 220, Wellington FL 33414
4. All returns must occur within 10 days of your shipment receipt. Product must be unused and in original sealed condition.
We do not issue refunds for any reason, again unless we were at fault or shipping damage.
Back Orders & Out of Stock Items
Back
Ordered items are not an issue with CLEANsimplicity. If we are out of a
product or incapable of production due to ingredient delays, we will
notify you personally by phone to make alternate plans or choices. We
will automatically return the cost of that item and any shipping credit
to the method of payment you used unless it was by check or PayPal. No
out of state (FL) or un pre-approved checks accepted.
"Green" Return
Please
consider taking the time and effort to send back all our unused glass
jars and bottles. For every item sent back in re usable condition you
will earn $1.00 worth of credit toward your next CLEANsimplicity
purchase. Once we receive your package marked with your, name, address
& phone we will personally give you a call to verify receipt and
make a notation to credit your next purchase appropriately. CALL US
with your next order and we will be sure to apply your credit. No online orders can be accurately credited with this "Green" return at this time.
